Who handles a return
Each product on Dukani Soko is sold by its own shop, and that shop handles returns and exchanges for it. Its name is on the product page and on your order.
Before you pay
You pay when the item arrives, so check it in front of the delivery person. If it is not what you ordered, or it is damaged, you can refuse it and not pay.
After you have paid
- Open your order in your account and WhatsApp the shop.
- Tell them what is wrong and share a photo.
- The shop arranges the return, exchange or refund under its own policy. Ask them about their policy before you buy if it matters to you.
If you can't agree
Contact Dukani Soko on WhatsApp or at support@mwendavano.com with your order number. We will talk to the shop, and a shop that keeps letting buyers down is taken off the marketplace.
