How it works
When you place an order, it goes to the shop that sells the product. The shop confirms it and calls you on the number you signed in with to agree the delivery time and cost. If you chose pickup, they call when it is ready to collect.
Delivery areas and times
Each shop decides where it delivers and how fast. Shops in Dar es Salaam usually deliver within the city the same or the next day; ask the shop on WhatsApp from the product page if you are outside their area.
Delivery cost
Delivery is not included in the total at checkout. The shop tells you the cost when they call, before anything is sent. Pickup from the shop is free.
Buying from several shops
Products from different shops become separate orders, so they may arrive at different times. Each shop calls you about its own order.
Following your order
Every order and its status (waiting, confirmed, being prepared, delivered) is in your account, with a button to WhatsApp the shop.
